Profile Summary 

I help organizations to build the systems, teams, and strategy to transform how vulnerable children and families receive services and support across Sub-Saharan Africa.  I have led organizations with budgets of $5-50M through complexity - building building high-performing teams, influencing national policy, and creating solutions others consider impossible.  My track record includes enshrining Uganda's social work standards into law, reducing organizational turnover from 60% to 5%, and strengthening case management practice to improve referrals from 28% to 74%. I am known for convening diverse partners to align vision and create safe spaces to innovate and learn, and expanding the evidence base of what works to inform future programming and investments.

My career has evolved from hands-on youth & community programming into senior leadership roles shaping regional and national service delivery systems across East Africa. What connects each phase of my work is a consistent focus on building meaningful partnerships and systems that outlast programs - strengthening capacity and institutions responsible for service delivery, to advance lasting positive change for children, youth, and families.
